Was helping my father try to fix his computer by using remote access, and didn’t know that my fiber router only supports on IP in the DMZ at a time, so when I switched my PC to “demilitarized” to drop the firewall and be able to use remote assistance, it took the TS server offline.
Things are obviously back up now.

ADDED NOTE:
If you get the error “the application has failed to start because d3dx9_37.dll was not found”, you must unfortunately grab the build from March 2008 of DirectX, which I found [ HERE ]
Download it, run it, and it should put the needed .dll file on your machine, and you should be able to play.
